DUATHLON 20.5

16KM BIKE -4.5KM RUN
9TH MAY 2026

DUATHLON 20.5 — QUICK, CLEAN, AND SURPRISINGLY ADDICTIVE

No swim. No stress. No standing on the beach wondering why everyone else looks so relaxed.

The Duathlon 20.5 is pure, uncomplicated racing — jump on the bike, find your flow, and finish it off with a punchy run that wakes the legs up in all the best ways.

This one’s built for speed-seekers, first-timers, comeback athletes, and anyone who loves the idea of racing without getting wet. It’s short enough to feel doable, long enough to feel legit, and fun enough to leave you grinning at the finish line.

The bike leg is a straight-up 16 km blast — smooth roads, good space, and a layout that lets you test your power without overthinking a thing. Then it’s onto a single 4.5 km run loop where you get to open up, settle in, and maybe surprise yourself with how strong you feel.

Don’t underestimate it, though — duathlons are sneaky good training. They sharpen transitions, boost bike-to-run strength, and give you race confidence without committing to a full triathlon.

As always, this is a non-drafting event. Ride fair, race smart, and own your result.

Distances:

  • Bike: 16 km - ( 1 long lap of 16km)
  • Run: 4.5 km - ( 1 lap of a 4.5km course)

  • Personalised race number & name

Plus, all the race-day essentials that make everything run like clockwork:

  • Professional timing
  • Aid stations fully stocked with goodies
  • On-site medical support
  • Closed roads and strict no-drafting racing

You focus on the race — we’ll take care of everything else.

We’ve got a stack of epic spot prizes up for grabs — from wetsuits to gear bundles and surprise giveaways!

Prizegiving kicks off at 2:30 pm, so grab a long lunch at one of the local cafés, refuel, relax, and then come back to soak up the atmosphere. It’s always a great way to wrap up the day — celebrating the legends who raced and maybe walking away with something special yourself.
